TEC have been appointed as Project Management Consultants by M/s. Kamothe Anand Vatika Co-Op. Housing Society Limited, Kamothe, Navi Mumbai, for their upcoming structural repair and renovation project. The tender notice has been released, and the sale of tender documents commenced in September 2024. The scope of work includes structural repairs, waterproofing, plastering, and painting, with a completion timeline of 12 months. Our role will involve overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring quality control, adherence to timelines, and effective coordination between contractors and client to deliver a successful project within the specified duration.
