The project involves the architectural conversion of a large commercial space with a double-height ground floor into a functional Ground + Mezzanine office space. This immediately creates an additional usable area on the upper floor for office work functions.

The ground floor features an open-plan workspace, fostering interaction and communication among teams. Upon entry, visitors are welcomed into a spacious reception area that serves as the face of the office. This area is elegantly designed with a modern reception desk and comfortable seating, creating a positive first impression.

Adjacent to the reception, the layout includes an electrical room and a dedicated discussion room, providing a semi-private space for informal meetings and brainstorming sessions. A well-appointed pantry and dining area serve as a comfortable retreat for employees to take breaks and recharge. The design includes sufficient toilet facilities conveniently located for easy access.

A conference room is strategically located for accessibility, serving both the ground floor and mezzanine workspace. The staircases, crafted from mild steel (MS), feature a single flight that gracefully ascends to the mezzanine level. A designated fire exit staircase is included for safety compliance.

On the mezzanine level, there is a dedicated server room, strategically positioned for ease of access and efficient operations. The mezzanine floor also features an open workspace area designed for flexibility and adaptability. This expansive area allows for various configurations of workstations and collaborative spaces to accommodate the evolving needs of Indocount's workforce.
