Our responsibilities towards project:

• Basement + Ground + 43 Floors
• Project Management Consultancy services.
• Close monitoring of Architectural, Structural and MEP consultants.
• Electrical, security systems & Lifts.
• Plumbing and Sanitary Engineering and Rain water Harvesting.
• Fire Fighting & Fire alarm system Engineering & Detailing.
• Project started in 2010 (end) and the whole Civil Contract was handled by TEC’s Engineers.
• Civil work completed by 2015 despite the delay in getting the High Rise approval and MOEF approvals.
• Aluminium Integrated Shuttering System (MIVAN) was used.
• The quality of work and Safety aspects were very closely monitored and there was no single reportable accident .
• State of Art PMC systems were used in the project .
