The land spanning 10 acres, The Metina Mansion is situated on a hillock, a luxurious, low-density development that maximizes the site's natural topography. The design capitalizes on its elevated position, offering sweeping views of the surrounding landscape while promoting environmental harmony. The estate features a strategic layout with a natural waterbody, organic farming areas, and small orchards, all organized to create a self-sustaining ecosystem.

The bungalow exhibits modern architecture that blends with the natural surroundings. The structure features clean lines, large fenestrations, and terraces that overlook the property’s expansive vistas. The orientation of the building optimizes natural light and ventilation, reducing energy consumption and creating a passive cooling system.

A significant portion of the estate is dedicated to organic farming, featuring meticulously planned plots for the cultivation of vegetables and fruit-bearing plants.

One of the estate’s defining elements is its Nakshatra-based plantation system. The plantation design aligns with the 27 Nakshatras (Lunar constellations), where specific plants and trees are chosen based on their associated Nakshatras, bringing in astrological and spiritual relevance. These plantings are believed to harmonize the natural energies of the land with celestial influences, fostering a sense of balance and well-being for the inhabitants.
