We are revising the old landscape and adding new service spaces for the food manufacturing unit, including the expansion of the main manufacturing building. The outdoor spaces are being rethought to improve functionality and aesthetics for the food industry.

The building expansion is proposed using Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) systems, which offer advantages in terms of cost, speed, and flexibility. MEP services are provided for the entire plot according to PMRDA guidelines. This includes an underground water tank, firefighting system, and stormwater drainage, all strategically positioned to optimize site usage without disrupting traffic flow or operations.
