The project involves the design and construction of a manufacturing unit, warehouse, and administration building, strategically located within the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) of JNPA. The design integrates industrial functionality while adhering to the zoning and environmental regulations of the SEZ.

The structure comprises a Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) system with steel columns, beams, and a trussed roof system to support long spans. The design and planning of the buildings adhere strictly to SEZ regulations, ensuring compliance with zoning laws, height restrictions, and environmental guidelines. This enables the project to take full advantage of the SEZ's logistical, infrastructural, and tax benefits while creating a well-planned and functional industrial complex.
